Well, Even though it seems like Alaska came and paid a visit to NYC, I am a sucker for dresses and this winter wonderland isn't going to stop me (even though I'm freezing my little legs, but rock it like it doesn't hurt). Royal blue, back, white and a hint of mint, why not?
